どちらかというと、夜派です。
夜になると自然とスイッチが入って、
掃除を始めたり、突然断捨離をしたくなったり。
不思議と活動的になる瞬間があります。笑
最近は寝るときにこのオーラリングをつけていて、もう少し早くベッドに入れたらベストだな〜と感じています。
整った朝から始まる一日は、やっぱり気持ちがいいなと感じるので、少しずつでも、朝の心地よさを自分のものにしていけたらと思っています♪
